Recurrent Pilot Training Classes, Kodiak

Spokane Turbine Center can only provide training to member organizations of the International Association of Missionary Aviation (IAMA), Quest Mission Team (QMT) or Aviation Insurance and Risk Management Alliance Program (AIRMAP).

Quest Kodiak 100 – Aircraft Recurrent Training, Flight

Training Type: Instructor led classroom, hands-on, AATD
Target Audience: Pilot/Mechanics who have previously completed the Quest Kodiak 100 – Turbine Aircraft Transition, Flight course and is seeking flight operations Recurrent training.   

  • 4 Hours of Garmin G1000 training utilizing touch screen PC and G1000 procedures trainer.
  • 4 Hours of Kodiak 100 systems
  • 8 Hours of Kodiak 100 AATD instruction
  • 4 Hours pre-brief and debrief
  • 2 hours optional AATD time (ask for details)

Prerequisites: US Commercial/Instrument ratings or equivalent. Current in a high performance aircraft, instrument proficient if IPC is needed. Recurrent and POH type pre-course work as assigned by STC. Completion of Quest Kodiak 100 -  Turbine Aircraft Transition, Flight.

Recurrent Maintenance Training Classes

PT6A-Small Engine Series Maintenance Recurrent
Training Type: Instructor led interactive classroom, hands-on lab training
Target Audience: Pilot/Mechanics or maintenance specialists with operational PT6 maintenance experience seeking maintenance operations Recurrent training.

  • 3-day comprehensive Recurrent training encompassing PT6 theory and maintenance operations, emphasizing routine maintenance, common failure modes, rigging and troubleshooting.
